Founded in 2016 by Barcelona designer Eduard Monteagudo, Cocoon is an independently-funded startup managed by a team of innovators who seek to utilize the potential of our built environment through a flex space business model.
Cocoon is supported by a community of forward-thinking private homeowners and corporate landlords as well as local and international creatives, and is committed to building a future where transformational design is accessible to all, not just a few. It is our belief that this will allow us to unleash the true potential of our civilization.
What we do
For renters, we offer a unique selection of flex spaces in New York City that are available flex rentals by the hour for productions, offsite meetings, events and fashion production with a full concierge service for a customized booking experience. Our service removes the hassle and any obstacles to the booking process for all types of activities.
For owners we provide an opportunity to monetize their space, and maximum flexibility that fits their schedule and needs without having to handle any steps of the reservation process.
